what does confusion do in pokemon card game Finally a Good Deck Confusion (status condition) - Bulbapedia,

If left alone for a while, you could set up fate counters to save your best permanents if you didnt need to nuke the field right away, creating paths to break deadlocks and win games if your opponents werent paying attention or didnt draw artifact removal

I dont really fancy being railed on by anything higher than a 4/4 as recompense for removing my opponents cool thing

The First Sliver A deck with The First Sliver has a heavy restriction since it only lets slivers cascade, but slivers are the creature type to benefit from this mechanic

Bolas's Citadel is perfect for it

I need a reason to play this legendary artifact, maybe a strong ability in the command zone like that of Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant, but its also a serviceable mana sink

Tainted Strike is a sneaky way to turn a smaller creature into a problem for your overly confident opponent
