Prior to this year, the only way to guarantee getting a foil card prior to this year was to buy one of the boxed sets that specifically had foil cards included as promos, which is certainly a valid option but lacks the cool factor of opening a booster pack and getting a really cool card at random
Examples of sets possible in this bundle is: One Piece Romance Dawn Pack, One Piece Paramount War Pack, One Piece Pillars of Strength Pack, One Piece Kingdoms of Intrigue Pack, One Piece Awakening of the New Era Pack, One Piece Wings of the Captain Pack, One Piece Memorial Collection, One Piece 500 Years in the Future, One Piece Two Legends, One Piece Emperors in The New World, One Piece Royal Blood, and One Piece Premium Booster: The Best
[7] The Rings second ability: Whenever your Ring-bearer attacks, draw a card, then discard a card. [8] How does this work
Opening a pack with other collectors around beats opening it alone at your kitchen table
