The artwork here is gorgeous, and just the fact that a Pokemon as legendary as Ho-Oh gets featured alongside a trainer in a card like this feels pretty historic
The other new addition is Malefic Force (YGOrg Translation) , another Trap that can Equip itself to a monster you control to make it unaffected from Spell effects, plus it can destroy itself to tutor any Malefic card
for Level 8 ("Superbia", "Zerato", "Nergal" and "Asmodeus") there are "Archlord Kristya", "Invoked Augoeides", and "Flowering Etoile the Melodious Magnificat" and for Level 4 ("Indulged", "Capricious", "Djehuty"), "Herald of the Arc Light" is the optimal choice
