counter cards mtg Rules Text: Remove a counter, 35 you may reveal the top card of your library MTG Best Commander Blue +1/+1

Primal Surge In a deck with nothing but permanents, Primal Surge picks up your library and puts it on the battlefield

If theres a card from The List in the play booster you open, itll be in place of a common

You absolutely could lean into a faerie typal build or a flying matters build, but you can also focus more heavily on artifacts and enchantments

At common, creatures like Mechan Shieldmate and Cloudsculpt Technician grow stronger when you play or control artifacts, but thats true for every blue deck

Since we can pay the toll, we can reap the massive advantage bouncing has over blinking: it's much more renewable

And if budget's a concern, all of these have very inexpensive replacements that work just as well most of the time
