9 Dragon Whelp Alpha Market Price: $129.25 (via PriceCharting) Hailing all the way from MTGs first-ever set, Alpha, this was the first Dragon card of all time (as it comes alphabetically before the first-ever rare Dragon card), and, as such, holds a fairly impressive price point of nearly $130, despite being an underpowered uncommon
If you have opened your fair share of packs from the set, you might have a good number of uncommon cards hanging around waiting to be played with
These fakes aim to deceive players by mimicking sought-after cards, often for financial gain
If you read the flavor text of the Double cards in the following order Double Dip, Double Play, Double Deal, Double Take, Double Cross you get the following limerick (note how the lines were chosen to match the cards they were on): In a duel and taking a lickin' (the figure in the art is eating ice cream licking, get it?) The wizard explained, I'm no chicken (the figure appears to favor pigs and dogs) I'm facing defeat (the figure has already been beaten up) But next time we meet, (the figure is being visited by an older version of himself) You're in for a nasty butt-kickin'. (the figure has clearly had his butt kicked) The Elvises in the background of Elvish Impersonators are young Elvises
So, if I pick my nose, I really lose a land
