The first card that I am considering as a replacement for Greed is Erebos, God of the Dead, since he has the exact same mana cost as Greed, as well as being indestructible, preventing my opponents from gaining life, and potentially being a 5/7 creature, but my only concern is that his activated ability costs 1 more mana than does that of Greed, and that additional cost shall add up, over the course of a game
Maybe youd rather use your fetch lands to grab a triome in lots of cases, sure, but theyre must-plays across formats where theyre legal, without question
At the time, this made sense
Still, itll be well worth watching where this card ends up, especially if you picked up some copies while it was cheap
It appears that this deck may have been one to trifle with in testing, because Deep Clue Sea received a tool to deal with Goaded creatures
