which mtg sets have serialized cards Serialized Doctor Who MTG Cards:

III Put target creature or planeswalker card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control

Out: Cyan, Vengeful Samurai // In: Alesha, Who Laughs at Fate I can see the synergies of why Cyan is in the deck, but he doesnt seem to do anything besides being a big beater

Sadly, while Zilortha, Apex of Ikoria is a very useful and powerful dinosaur, you do have to defeat the battle to get them

While we do have Necrotic Fumes and Pest Summoning, a lot of the time, digging one card deeper to find a combo piece is more valuable than grabbing one of these cards from our sideboard

For better or worse, serialized MTG cards have a history of crashing hard
