Either way, it's creepy
Stealthy Hood This is a card that some people believe just counters Shock Lock, but its really nothing too bad to deal with
Either of those seems decent to me, and the choice of either/or gives this a nice amount of flexibility
Beyond Standard, its simply broken with the Evoke elementals in Modern, while in Legacy cards like Force of Will and Terminus again cheat the 5-casting cost clause
A full set is valued at about $16,000 today, making it the second most-valuable expansion, behind just Legends, which has more than four times the total number of cards to collect
The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Blood Rites Commander Deck includes 1 White-Black deck of 100 Magic cards (2 Traditional Foil Legendary cards, 98 nonfoil cards), a 2-card Collector Booster Sample Pack (contains 2 alt-border cards, with 1 Traditional Foil or nonfoil card of rarity Rare or higher and 1 Traditional Foil Uncommon card), 1 foil-etched Display Commander (a thick cardstock copy of the commander card with foil etched into the cards border and art), 10 double-sided tokens, 1 deck box (can hold 100 sleeved cards), 1 Life Wheel, 1 strategy insert, and 1 reference card
