Sram is a force to be reckoned with at any budget level, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cheap, fast, powerful commander
I actually like him more than Omnath, Locus of Mana since Multani is more resilient against removal while Omnath usually falls apart if killed a few times
You can use this cheap version of Hook to shift into a more powerful iteration of him, but if youre playing with the D23 promo, you might want to rethink who youre shifting into
Simic Ascendancy Like Revel in Riches, WotC keeps printing better cards that come with +1/+1 counters or interact with them, so its not hard to go off with Simic Ascendancy
Authority of the Consuls Authority of the Consuls rivals Rhystic Study for its annoyance, but I cant deny the value
Any haste-enabler outside of red is an exciting prospect in my book, and Merry and Pippin' Abzan commander color identity gives you access to a lot of lifegain, tokens, and creature synergy
