The inability for Deadly Cut to kill a one drop beater or mana ramp dork on turn one is what makes it fairly useless

Collector Boosters are possessed with rare and/or mythic rare cards guaranteed, plus traditional foils and special treatments you wont find anywhere elselike a Serialized Edgar Markov* card, the first vampire of Innistrad

Among the new features the set introduces are cards with the keyword ability Magecraft that triggers any time you cast or copy an Instant or Sorcery spell

Skeleton Crew is the skeleton lord you always dreamed about

This set also got a few cards banned, most of all Mental Misstep, a one-drop counterspell that threatened to ruin the eternal formats
