Card Name: Shining Gyarados Card Number: 130 From: Awakening Legends This Shining Gyarados card is part of Awakening Legends, the third main expansion of the Neo Series in the Japanese Pokmon TCG

Thats huge with Tormenting Voice variants

You need to evolve Dratini to Dragonair and then once more to its final form, and supply it with four energy (at least one Lightning and one Water) to be able to use Draco Meteor

In ranked mode, you also earn points to move up the ranking ladder and match with other players at a similar experience level

In all fairness, the actual ability itself isn't very bizarre, but rather just the way it's phrased on the card
