First of all, Sail the Azurite Sea does allow the controlling player to put a card into their inkwell without being exerted
In my experience, this card does a ton of work, and I like that it can come out turn one and get to business
To keep the game fair and fun, Wizards of the Coast regularly updates its MTG banlist , a compilation of cards that're banned (or restricted to a limited number of copies) in a constructed deck
When Set 9 Fabled is released, you will be able to purchase booster boxes, Illumineers Troves, single player decks, art sleeves, deck boxes, play mats, an Elsa gift set, and a new product: The Collection Starter Set
This puts old cards to use and allows MTG players to build their own dream Limited experience all without buying any new cards or sealed products such as booster boxes
Regeneration itself is usually not worth a card as an enchantment, because your opponent will often kill the creature in response to the enchantment being cast
