For me, the Side begins with 2 additional copies of Enneacraft - Archa.TAIL (to fight going-second board wipes & DoomZ), 3 Dimensional Fissure, & 3 Ghost Reaper, with the rest being limited solely by our low non-engine count
Compared to the faithful depiction of Storyborn cards and Lorcanas in-universe reimaginings in Dreamborn cards, Floodborn cards show the games designers and artists fully unleashing their creative juices to show Disney characters in completely unexpected and wildly inventive ways - something that can be seen clearly in the maximised Tinker Bell
