2 - Limit Break (Final Fantasy 7) Final Fantasy 7s deck is absolutely fantastic, and actually dovetails nicely with Fallouts Scrappy Survivors precon from last year (as long as you're happy with yet another bold RPG crossover)
The first booster packs included six commons and two uncommons
Was there playtesting involved
Its worth mentioning Scheming Fence enters as, meaning its not a triggered ability, so people cant sacrifice/destroy/exile the permanent youre choosing, just like with Spark Double
Making every artifact you cast become two is perfect with cards like Urza, Lord High Artificer, Nettlecyst, or sacrifice outlets like Phyrexian Altar
Cut-Ribbons is not a card Ive played yet, but I dig it, my friends dig it, and if it plays half as well as Im about to speculate, then it is going to be a solid Commander goodie
