Proving to be a menace in Modern, Pioneer, and Standard, this consistency didnt make an interesting metagame

For my purposes, library manipulation is something that lets you choose which card to draw out of several cards, usually on top of your library

Very quickly, this two-mana equipment will spiral out of control, both in equipment-based decks and just regular creature-heavy decks

It attacks the enemys face, goes after their creatures, makes mana, draws cards, and has a game-winning ultimate

Plus, it has flash, which means that you can potentially bounce an attacker and block the other one it isn't bad for just four mana

Sisters of Stone Death could fill in for Vraska, Id think, so thats going to be my official choice for this decklist, but Im curious to hear which legend you would pick
