original shiny pokemon cards The Most Iconic Charizard in Pokémon TCG History First Edition Base Set Shining

#15 WotC themselves draw a distinction between 'design' and 'development', where design is making cards and development is adapting those cards to the limited / standard environment

(Enter the first room or advance to the next room.) Whenever Barrowin attacks, return up to one creature card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield if you've completed a dungeon

You can use them to strengthen your creatures or wither your opponents boards into nothing

Weve seen subsequent mass-removal cards that have taken out other cards as well, such as Austere Command and Akroma's Vengeance

Every card with the eminence mechanic is designed to be an exclusively tribal commander since its the only real way to take proper advantage of its power
