There's no limit on this, and where this is a problem is that anyone draws the cards, not just you, so this is strongest in decks that have self-sacrifice engines like Vampiric Rites
Whenever a creature card is discarded, its controller may pay two generic mana to put a 3/2 colorless Eldrazi Horror creature token onto the battlefield
If this is compared to Consecrated Sphinx which generally gets at least two cards and is likely averaging about 5 per cast you can see why I don't think this is over powered
