(Choose up to three creatures you control to be in your group until you form a new one.) Whenever you attack or block, if CARDNAME is in your group, creatures in your group get +1/+0 until end of turn
Faster Duplicate Protection and Set Completion With these changes, it's faster to collect a playset of reprinted cards
And, if you didn't, feel free to skip ahead a paragraph because this one contains a massive spoiler for Final Fantasy VII
As a reanimate target it is a little too fair
With some careful deck building (mostly playing some big card-draw spells you can cycle into with Unpredictable Cyclone to make sure you always have some cycling cards in hand), you should be able to mostly play your entire deck in a single turn by cycling, casting stuff (including card-draw spells) for free with Unpredictable Cyclone, drawing into more cycling cards, and cycling them to trigger Unpredictable Cyclone against and again until you've essentially cast your entire deck
Draconic Dissent (Blue and Red) fits squarely into spellslinging territory with its colour identity and MTGs history of magic-controlling dragons, though the pun in the name may mean the deck leans towards control and counterspells
