Playtesting is always the best way to find the best balance of cards
I wasnt too bothered by cards from other chapters getting mixed in and I suspect that this practice will return in future releases but I do like that these are all new cards for players to explore

As with Neo Genesis, many of the cards in the Neo Revelations set are worth a lot, but only when they're in perfect or near-perfect condition
