Two mana to activate is very reasonable, and phasing the creature you control out means its more effective than blinking when it comes to a creature thats equipped or enchanted with Auras
Higure, the Still Wind A slightly over-costed effect, but you get to search up a ninja card from your library and put it into your hand when Higure, the Still Wind deals combat damage to a player
I hope this is wrong, though, as Defiler of Dreams is everything I want to do in MTG on a card
Be careful not to swing this into a massive board, even with indestructible, because your opponents might multiblock and chew through your library that way
