Is Madness Evergreen

With just one tap ability you gained knowledge of what all your opponent's next play might be, added up to three green mana, gained up to three life, and drew one card.

Repeated resurrection of huge threats like Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Kokusho, the Evening Star, or Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger for a mere 3 mana is simply more than many pods can bear

Its also a staple alongside theft commanders, allowing you to steal two opposing spells

While ultimately getting your deck costs a little money, I honestly enjoy completing card collections very much, and am admittedly very good at it now
