yugioh dragon starter deck Rainbow - Structure Deck: Legend of the Crystal Beasts Eyes Silver Dragon Rise of the True Dragons

Pennys card may not be as famous as Pikachu or Charizard, but it has carved out a space among collectors

It features an impressive depiction of Enel, one of the most powerful characters from the Skypia arc of the One Piece universe

This set will be the next set in the Scarlet & Violet era along with SV4M Future Flash and will be released on October 27, 2023 , with a price tag of 180 yen/pack

Now they cost $3.99 per most places for the newer packs (newer being released in the last 2 years or so so one of the last ~8 sets), although some places like Gencon I've gotten them for $3 or less

Even as someone who enjoys a lot of these cards, this has me worried

No price was given for the board game, so it may more cost efficient than buying three decks separately
