mtg bird deck commander ***Custom Deck*** Kangee, Aerie Keeper - Birds Kastral, the Windcrested Commander Deck

In fact looking at the MTG Commander Masters deck's mana base, it doesn't seem to be any better than a regular precon MTG Commander deck

While it wasn't the best against a creature based strategy, it usually was good enough to at least gain the caster back the one card spent casting the enchantment in the first place

Waterspout Djinn clocks in at a hefty four power and toughness for only four mana

If the format has a lot of red, you can move Garruk to the sideboard and slot Trostani in an eight-pack of big-butt fours

When equipped to a creature, it gives +1/-1, which may seem odd at first glance
