Were well past high and dark fantasy now and fully in the realm of science fantasy

With wither, youve got an easy way to deal with indestructible creatures, or removing +1/+1 counters from opponents creatures

Ahoy Mateys has an alright number of instant-speed removal spells, three good board sweepers in Evacuation, Blasphemous Act, and Blood Money, and a good amount of ramp if you include all nine artifacts and a few Treasure-focused Pirates

Pluto, Determined Defender and Nani will help keep your high-value questers safe, while Evasives like Don Carnage and Wildcat let you set the pace of the game and keep your opponent on the defensive

Cards like Spectral Procession or Battle Screech ensure you can pay the alternate cost with ease
