9 Judge Promo (2014) - $36.53 A Well-Deserved Reward Full-art lands were still pretty rare in the mid-2010s, having initially only been printed in the Un-sets before finally breaking into a mainline booster in the Zendikar block
The archaic language of the former is crafted and phrased as if torn directly from a spell book
It has some classic spells from MTGs history like Preordain and Mystic Confluence, so it works as a great prebuilt control deck
Pay that strive cost in the next 20 minutes and well even let you target multiple opponents at once
Effects that modify a creature's power and/or toughness, such as the one created by Giant Growth or a +1/+1 counter, will apply to the creature no matter when they started to take effect
Another rule with Commander decks is that the deck can only be built using the colours that make up your Commanders colour identity, explained in the official rules as follows: A cards colour identity is its colour plus the colour of any mana symbols in the cards rules text. Mono-White Commanders are usually not the most popular of choices especially as White is often seen as the weakest of colours for a game of Commander
