It's only really useful in energy decks in my opinion, but I'd definitely push this one there

As someone who began playing the game when the retro frame was the sole option, I can confirm that it is still the best-looking card frame in Magic history (and I will brook no argument on the matter)

Arcbound Condor Arcbound Condors modular ability doesn't play into its other ability in any meaningful way, outside of the fact that it just wants you to play a bunch of artifacts
