What makes a good Commander

Instead of feeling weak and useless, the First Chapter is a nostalgic set full of cards that were once heavy hitters, but in their old age have retired into more comforting, but still powerful, options for your decks.

There are apparently over 100 Legendary creatures in the MTG Final Fantasy set (Commander players, get ready to do some deck-building) and 55 of them are set to get special borderless character cards with backgrounds that illustrate their first appearances in the series

The Commander decks are ready-to-play, allowing players to pick between 15 commanders - which determine the mana colours of the other 99 cards in the deck and can be cast onto the field from the Command Zone during matches
