Again, I think 2000 is too much with no restrictions, but other than that, it's a great and pretty original card, and one of my favourites (apart from Grim Reaper, who is one of my favourite bosses EVAR)
There are plenty of great cards to snag, like Relic of Progenitus or Deafening Silence for stax or Nurturing Pixie to reset the Hulk
You don't need to Trigger Dagda on your own turn as it will Trigger from Halqifibrax 2nd Effect on your opponent's turn
