If a Treasure you control is already a creature when Vihaan's second ability resolves and you choose to apply its effect to all Treasures you control, that effect will overwrite any previous effects that set that creature's power and toughness to specific numbers

What is Commander Legends

However, my deck was so focused on combo'ing off I literally ran just a single artifact removal spell, and I didn't even have ways to tutor it up

It does, however, set the tone for the deck

Under the "old" rules, you did not die until the end of the current phase (regardless of your life total), so you could Contract all day long even at zero life and simply cast a game-ending Drain Life to decimate your opponent

Its great as part of a combo deck with Dualcaster Mage and Neoform in Constructed formats or paired with many, many cards in EDH and other eternal formats
