Angelic Overseer is a card I have a soft spot for, and with the likes of Odric, it can help buff your team
I like tinkering with the Eminence dial to enable decks that arent ostensibly good stuff, and I think this is right in the sweet spot
banned in Legacy for being too powerful
Foils in SP condition will have all of the inherent conditions specific to SP but may also have slight clouding
We dont have to make Universes Beyond cards that are simple - we just have to pick moments that are recognizable, and theyll be easy for fans to understand. As for how exactly they translate those moments and the world around them into a Magic set, Head Designer Mark Rosewater tells me Magics color pie is robust enough that we have the ability to show heroism and villainy in all five colors. As an example, Rosewater says Spider-Man would be white, blue, and green (although the specific version in the Scene Box above is only those first two)
The Restoration of Eiganjo Flip not only makes bodies and discards, it also can recur something small, it can even ramp you if you recur a land
