In Commander making a bunch of 1/1 creature tokens isn't enough to reliably win games
If all else fails, you can always use Meticulous Excavation to bounce them back to your hand for a second try

That's not bad at all since it has some built-in removal resistance
I think there will be cool builds with them, given they are a precon commander
