It might see even more play now, as some people have been advocating moving the traditional GW approach to Bogles into UW, but Im not sure that will catch on
The other two are less aggressive, with Bills Transfer allowing you to search the top eight cards of your deck and retrieve any Pokemon you find there, and Daisys Help allowing you to draw two cards and look at your prize cards, both of which could be handy in the right deck
Of course, there are stories of this thing completely changing the game, but in general, there is usually enough enchantment removal floating around that most of the time this will probably do nothing (expect possibly draw out that enchantment removal, but you dont usually want to approach the game like that, especially in multiplayer)
Although it may take time to see the price rise reflected on TCGplayer, it will eventually happen
