It would be on a tier with a secret rare or gold star depending on what kind of 1st ed card you nabbed randomly in your packs

Its up to the collectors to figure out what grade they put value on for any given card

This card's effects are reminiscent of several of the Duelist Kingdom Rules - specifically the field power acquisitions, the inability of either player to attack directly, being able to Normal Summon monsters without Tributing, and even the monster destruction damage clauses
