mtg cards with flash Rules Text: Flash, Type: Creature, Colors: Red, 11 Flash When Annie Flash Instants or Sorceries with Flash.

And a flexible mana rock is a pretty cool card

I mention Lutri, the Spellchaser here because it is banned as a companion , yet otherwise legal in commander

This can net you anywhere from one to three cards in a turn, giving you the opportunity to dump your hand and then immediately refill it all in the same turn

Dont let this incredibly powerful creature cause you to shortchange the other two though 2 mana for a creature that taps for 2 mana is a ridiculously good rate, and Vedalken Engineer even provides colored mana to boot

It will be up to Wizards to deliver a product that is on the same level as Lord of the Rings and Final Fantasy

All said and done it is still a situational card and often a very poor rip off the top meaning you can't just throw this into a deck without thought and not have it cost you sometimes
