one piece cards manga rare TCG Rarities & Pull Rates One Piece Card Luffy OP11-118

Im a bit conflicted on adding Luxior, Giadas Gift

While not as expensive as the Flagship Battle or Alternate Art versions, it remains a sought-after piece for completing a Zoro-themed collection

Also awkward that it loses a huge stat-boost if you kill a single poisoned opponent, so youre working really hard to defeat all three opponents at once, something poison decks have traditionally struggled doing

As the games continue to grow in popularity among collectors, the prices of the cards will also climb, even for the McDonald's collectible cards sold in Happy Meals

That makes ex Pokemon rarer than one-star Illustration Rare cards (10.288 percent) but not as rare as Full-Arts (2), three-star Immersive Art cards (0.888), and gold crown cards (0.16) - though its worth noting that pulling a sets immersive art card is more likely than pulling any specific ex Pokemon

Once the stores receive their promo, they can use it at their discretion
