I think this is a fine commander, and probably a decent pick in Draft depending on what relevant dragons are in the set, but I just dont think thats enough for me

Why its great The greatest joy in Scout is watching longtime card players squirm when they realize they cant rearrange their hand

While this streamlines the experience, it telegraphs to your opponent that you have nothing up your sleeve, and they're free to cast their big game-winning card
