I would give this card a 4 out of 5 rating because both of its moves are quite good, like I was saying earlier 40 damage for two energy cards is great and with the ability to add hp using Espeon and remove damage with Spiral Drain, Leafeon will seem to have more hp than it states on its card
I cannot imagine this is going to push green over the edge but I do hope it lets green play more interactive games of magic.
I highly recommend focusing on building one very good deck that will get you through a lot of duels quickly, so then you can easily grind a lot of duels for DP
