white circle pokemon card Poke Ball Black & if you controlled a Fish Synchro Monster when you activated this card Simisear White Flare - Poké

Pair that up with the card Dark Ritual, which adds three black mana to your mana pool for just one mana, and you can drop the Specter on your first turn

Not really, so we didn't

Being able to stop abilities from triggering when creatures enter the battlefield or die is very strong, but also requires you to make concessions in your own deck-building

5) Waylay Much better when it could be played at the end of an opponent's turn, giving you a bunch of 2/2 hasted creatures for your next attack phase, but still a potent creature killer

Same with the other token/populate instants

The higher you are in comprehension complexity or board complexity, the higher the card tends to be rated in rarity
