Legendary Creature - Scout Giant Calix, Guided by Fate Constellation Whenever Calix or another enchantment you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature
For a card like Hangarback Walker sometimes you want to it to die so you can get all of the 1/1 Thopters, so sacrificing it to casualty is perfect
The ultra-rare foiling is also really nice looking, and the background pops out well
There is also added value for these cards if you have ways to reuse them for the other side: There are a ton of other utility lands you can slot into your decks that provide vital mana early on and fantastic mana-sinks later in the game when you can use the spell-like effect to break games open or grind some value: Mirrorpool has long been a favorite of mine, and I think it really shines in this format since your commander is often going to get targeted by a removal spell and if you have open mana you can activate Mirrorpool to copy your commander and put your actual commander in the command zone
It does not even make sense to start listing all the relevant targets that it can hit
Previews for Alchemy: Innistrad will run Friday, December 3, Monday, December 6, and Tuesday, December 7 on Daily MTG
