The issue I have with these cards is that they are not unblockable in any way and thus fail to really act as threats
No need to make something that is unnecessarily complicated and likely would cause confusion on the battlefield (keeping track of the negative can get annoying since players are not used to it, particularly if there are +1/+1 counters or other P/T boosts in play)

Given that you can cast either side of the card, we think they should be treated differently to previous versions of double-faced cards and that you should be able to use one side in Commander even if the other side doesnt fit in your color identity
