The poisoned Status Condition is usually one of the weaker statuses, as all it does is make Pokemon gain a single damage counter in between turns, but there have been plenty of cards printed that can boost it to extreme levels

The Pokmon Company has actually made a few different TCG games, the most notable of which is the sequel to PTCG, which was also released on the Game Boy Color but never made it outside of Japan

You should be able to find decent uses for either of these cards even outside of the combo
