Every New Card It would be easy to criticise the Necron Dynasties deck for being yet another black graveyard-matters strategy, but that would be disregarding everything new and exciting about it

The summons used in all the decks, but most prominent in the Final Fantasy 10-based Counter Blitz, are reminiscent of the Sagas of Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, except that they start as enchantment creatures and are sacrificed after three turns

But it does make these on each upkeep, so you can easily amass an army of 3/3

Its also decent against Deathmist Raptor, reanimation, and blinking (such as Shorecrasher Elemental) I think Id rather have Dissipate if I was in the market for another three-mana counterspell, but if double blue is a problem this one is not embarrassing
