This imposing commander adds tons of power to the board on top of being incredibly resilient thanks to the reanimation ability
When Number Two Hurts Eidolon of the Great Revel is the best two-drop creature, but there are significant costs to playing it
Whether Warlock Class will see play outside of Virtus & Gorm and other decks that use Quietus Spike is debatable, but again I like it for Liesa because it comes down early, and levelling it up wont cost me life
As a baseline, every deck gets not just Command Tower (one of the best dual lands in the Commander format) but Ash Barrens and Myriad Landscape as well, which means each deck starts with $5.96 in land value based on these three staples alone (to put this in perspective, the Bant deck from Commander 2018 had a total land value of $4.07!)
Dont sleep on Author of Shadows, either sure its a ten mana combo, but exiling an opponents Teferis Protection or Heroic Intervention can help you close the game
This deck seems to like to investigate a lot, so if there are going to be extra Clue tokens lying around it makes sense to run a card like Tamiyo's Journal
