one piece tcg memorial collection booster box TCG: Extra (EB-01) (Japanese) such as Chopper One Piece Card Game Extra

Expend 4 Expend 4 (in BLB its always 4) is an ability that triggers whenever you spend your 4th mana on a spell in a turn

Then theres the whole +1/+1 counter and draw a card part

If I had one spot open for card draw in a damage-based Green deck, I'd rather run Hunter's Prowess

If you do, you may choose new targets for the copy

Vanishing adds some strategic depth to the card, though it's definitely a real hindrance if you can't proliferate the time counters

"Decayed" means "This creature can't block" and "When this creature attacks, sacrifice it at end of combat." (9/24/2021) Decayed does not create any attacking requirements
