Adventures in the Forgotten Realms is the latest Magic: The Gathering set and, alongside being one of the more cumbersome set titles (people are shortening it to Forgotten Realms, which isnt too bad), its also the first major crossover set
For Keruga, the Macrosage, that constraint is not including any one- or two-cost cards in your deck
It can be very strong in some matchups and very bad in others, so think a lot about it during sideboarding when you decide to keep or not this card in your deck
Hydras are powerful mythical creatures in Magic based on the legend that if you cut one of its heads off, two more grow in its place
Rakdos Charm is the perfect antidote to this kind of problem (although not the specifically the Moat one...), it can deal with a selection of troublesome things while remaining useful outside of this scope and perfectly maindeckable without fear of having dead cards or losing much consistency
With a Commander eligible vee that makes its own crew you have solved both issues
