it at least draws a card against non-blue decks, given its free to target any instant whether its blue or not

While the original Umi only raises the attack and defense of Fish, Sea Serpent, Thunder, and Aqua monsters by 200 points, other Umi cards have far more useful effects

If it is a really chewed up cards with exessive amounts of missing paint on the back, these can go even lower

But this isnt just a pretty card
