I think it's even better in Hate Bear builds or with the Life Gain archetype alongside Dawn of Hope

She is the protagonist of Pokmon Black 2 and White 2 and, oddly enough, this appearance in Cosmic Eclipse along with the standard version of this card is her only appearance in the TCG

This is really good on rate and is the kind of Common you'd play as many copies of as you can get

Formats are just faster than they once were, and these slow, painful cards become especially punishing when you're facing down faster, more aggressive cards from your opponent
