Would you pay 1 more mana for Thraben Inspector with flash

Thats a little worse, but Lotleth Troll can kind of act as a mana source to let you get creatures into play faster than you could by casting them by discarding them and then returning them, and you get counters as an added bonus

Dont forget: we get another Banned and Restricted announcement on March 13th, which is a week from today

It is also only mild, you will have plenty of other proactive cards to play first as an aggro player

Add just a little recursion like Crucible of Worlds, Icetill Explorer, even an Echoing Deeps and this can establish lots of land-based combos

Skorpekh Lord gives all of your artifact creatures menace, and even makes them 3/2s to greatly increase their lethality
