Most expensive card: Ariel Songweaver of the Sea (Enchanted) Raw value: 175 PSA 10 value: 600 This Ariel is graceful, playable, and extremely popular
Outside of removal, there's other powerful spells like the game-ender Exsanguinate, and the value engine Lingering Souls, both of which work well with Y'shtola's abilities due to being greater than mana value 3 when cast
I personally use some cost-effective Sleeve Kings Perfect Sleeves to protect all the cards as I can then easily slit them into a Dragon Shield Standard sleeves any time I use them for an event
The background is packed with swirling lights and gliding jellyfish, making the entire card feel full of life and menacing evil
And while both Rise of the Floodborn starter decks make use of the new Resist skill, it seemed to me that the Amber and Sapphire deck put less emphasis on surviving attacks and more on dealing an increased amount of damage (which doesnt actually involve Resist)
The Lorcana Wilds Unknown prerelease is the ideal time to experience the set before prices and hot takes fully calcify
