mtg reaper king commander deck 5-Color Scarecrow Tribal Budget EDH Most cards are Near Mint (NM) but some may be Lightly Played (LP) or Moderately Played (MP) Reaper King – Five Color

What makes this even stronger is that it has a flashback cost of 3 mana, so you can cast it from your graveyard before you exile it, meaning you can get 2 uses out of this great card

While normally you calculate a spell's mana value by looking at its mana cost, Edge of Eternities adds an interesting wrinkle: warp

Curse of Silence This card hits number 10 due to its power in just one format - Commander

Since Vivien costs five mana, youll often need a turn cycle before you can start playing creatures off her static ability

Context: Kai's High Tide deck was better than average, but the strategy was known

The abilities are quite appealing, and I especially like that the first one is tied to combat but doesnt need to deal combat damage to an opponent to get the benefit
